KINDERGARTEN!!!!!

So, a few things have happened since the last day of school (new house!), but we'll get to that info soon enough.  Because today is the...FIRST DAY OF KINDERGARTEN!!!  Check out some sweet pics, and check back for more soon!  See you around campus...

I know it's been awhile, and I thought about trying to play catch up, but opted instead to just meet you where I am today:)  I just finished preschool! When I started not so long ago, I was more comfortable with grown-ups than kids, so I clung tightly to my wonderful teacher, Ms. Christy.  But now, I'm an old pro.  I know how to initiate friendships, I know how to take pride in my work, I know so much more than I did. To celebrate, we went to eat at the Aquarium Restaurant.  It kind of feels weird to eat fish when there are lots of them swimming around you, but luckily, I don't like fish:)  I'll try to be a better blogger now that I have my first "graduation" under my belt.  Responsibility is one of those things I learned in preschool!

So I'm a bit behind with my updates. Life is a whirlwind. Let's see, I turned five. Olive turned into a real person. We celebrated some stuff. The end. These pictures go from most recent to what seems like a long time ago.

it seems as if it's time for me to enter the world of academia. apparently, days of running through the sprinkler, reenacting my favorite scenes from the justice league and sleeping late (ha ha!) are over. well, i guess i can't do those things all day every day anymore. now, i'm big. i'm almost 5. it's almost time for college. but there are things i need to learn first. and preschool seems the best place to learn what i need before i head out on my own. so these are some pictures from my first day. it was a little scary, but not too bad. i think i'll go again tomorrow and make sure everything checks out okay.
